Hannants Cleaning Services was established in 1929 in Norfolk in the UK. It has been running for over 75 years and has evolved over 4 generations of Hannant’s!

Charlie Hannant started the company and initially turned his hand to general cleaning tasks and other delivery items, but cleaning quickly became the main focus.

In 1945 Alfred Hannant (Charlie’s son) joined the firm, and they were both joined by his son David in 1961.

By 1980 David, and his wife Jenny, were employing more staff and added office cleaning into the mix of services. In 1988 David’s son Kevin joined the team where he is now the Chairman and Company Secretary, while his Father is Managing Director. Rachel, David’s daughter now looks after all of the health and safety aspects of the company.

Today the company employs over 100 full-time staff, along with many other part-time. Of all of the Hannant companies found to date, this surely has to have one of the longest running Hannant involvements, that is still evident today!
