Douglas Hannant

Douglas Hannant is a fashion designer originally from Illinois and now based in New York.

Douglas Hannant earned a Fine Arts degree from the Missouri State University and continued his education at the Fashion Institute of Technology. In the Autumn of 2006 he launched his first collection of ‘Modern Collections’.

The collection is available at Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and the finest boutiques nationwide. You can see his latest collection Resort 2009 on his website.

I rather like this except from a NY fashion website, ‘He’s doesn’t just dress these women, he socializes with them…’

I wonder if Douglas is the most ‘glam’ Hannant we have out there? Looking as the many pics of him with glamorous ladies at glamorous parties I really think he has to be a top contender for the title!
